Gate Valves and Accessories

Ductile Gate Valves and Butterfly Valves with Accessories

• Ductile Gate Valves:
Ductile iron gate valves are robust, corrosion-resistant valves used to control the flow of water, wastewater, or other fluids in pipelines. They operate by lifting or lowering a gate inside the valve body, providing a tight shut-off and minimal pressure loss. They are commonly used in potable water supply, irrigation, and fire protection systems.

 • Butterfly Valves:
Butterfly valves are lightweight, cost-effective valves that regulate flow using a rotating disc inside the pipe. They are easy to install, require less space, and are ideal for large-diameter pipelines, especially in water distribution, wastewater systems, and industrial applications.

• Accessories:
• Spindles (Extension Stems): Allow operation of buried or hard-to-reach valves by extending the operating mechanism to ground level.
• Surface Boxes: Protective covers installed at ground level, giving access to buried valves and spindles while preventing dirt and debris from entering.

These components work together to ensure easy operation, accessibility, and long-term reliability of pipeline systems.
